Discuss Hendy’s four types of organisational culture and state in which organisational culture the change is easier to implement and manage and in which culture the change is hard to implement and manage.

2. Analyse the key process of Human Resource Management in Managing change in the above context:

a. Training and Development, and recruitment to overcome challenges in the above context. b. Application of change management model(s) for managing change. c. Develop a Stakeholder Engagement strategy to implement and manage change. d. Analyse the role of Trade Unions in managing and implementing change.
