in their industry in strategically managing projects, and b) what is their unique, competitive approach
to strategically managing projects. You should analyse the interviews and use the answers as
evidence in your answer to part (c). Part (b) will produce interview transcripts that should be included
as an appendix to your essay. Part (b) is not assessed but is also the basis of your answer to part (c).
Part (b) is preparation for Part (c).
c) Present your unique approach to strategically managing projects (20%). Critically evaluate your
approach, what are the advantages and disadvantages of your approach to strategically managing
projects in your industry specifically (80%). Part (c) should be no longer than 2500 words words.
In answering Part (c) you need to use academic literature, the insights that you have developed from
your industry analysis (Part a) and the data that you have collected in Part (b). Your approach needs
to be strategic and specific. Present briefly the focus of your unique strategic approach to
designing/shaping your projects by outlining your philosophy and approach as a strategic manager of
projects and critically evaluate the reasons why you have chosen this approach.
