 Choose one organisation that has experienced organisational change. This can be

 Identify 3 drivers for the changes
 Identify 3 desired outcomes
Task 7
Analyse the 3 drivers for change have occurred in the chosen organisation.
Using the 3 desired outcomes apply one change model (using 1 theoretical model from
the 7 theoretical models below) typified by the model discussed by Paul Satoor (CEO) to
articulate how you will operationalise change from a HRM context. (maximum 600
words).

Guidance
Consider some of the key drivers for the organisational change in your chosen
organisation – these could be linked to any aspect of business change such as:
 The need to increase corporate profits
 A changing people agenda – recruitment, redundancies, people development
 CSR – a new focus
 Global climate emergency / UN sustainability
Suggested examples of theoretical models to look at include:-
1. Kotter 8 stages model,
2. Lewin’s change management model,
3. McKinsey 7S model,
4. organisational renewal model,
5. Action research model,
6. Positive model or
7. Bridges’ transition model.
You need to research at least one of these models, referencing the model as well as at
least 3 other articles about organisational change.
