INTRODUCTION:In this assignment we are going to discuss about Leadership Motivation and Performance and how it impacts on Organization success.The main objective of this research is to analyze how well leadership and motivation can enhance employee performance and to know the factors which actually trigger high performance at Abbey group, and also to understand different ways in which this group motivates its workers.BACKGROUND INFORMATION:ABBEY Group was established in 1978, is an award winning destination management company with offices located in Dublin, London & Edinburgh. By motivating staff they have an impact of displaying strong work ethic, Creating boost (or) good spirit among the teams, better understanding among colleagues.When asked about the team working well collaboratively they both have the same opinion yes and one says Culture in the company is a reason to create good team spirit, other feels A good partnership approach.
