This week, I’d like you to go on a historic walking tour of Nashville. You can actually walk the tour (using your phone and headphones to listen to the audio for each stop) or you can tour virtually and read or listen to each stop. Then, I would like you to write a full two-page summary on the tour, what were your favorite stops, what you’ve learned, what was unexpected or interesting, any thoughts you have on the tour. You may select any tour you like from Nashville Sites. Tour places significant to women’s rights efforts, the civil rights movement, the civil war, public art, or even dive into the history of local brothels and speakeasies–up to you!! Please submit to dropbox your response paper on the tour by Friday at 5pm.
