Literature Review Reference List
This topic, you are to collect six peer-reviewed sources published within the last 5 years and create a reference list for the Topic 8 assignment.  You will use qualitative and quantitative research publications on your selected topic to supply a background for the Topic 8 literature review. Use the current APA style to format your reference list.

You are required to find at least one quantitative and at least one qualitative research publication on your selected topic. You cannot complete this literature review with only quantitative or only qualitative sources.
You will use these resources as the background supporting information for a literature review assignment in Topic 8 concerning the use of telehealth services for an appropriate mental health client population. Use these references to create your APA formatted reference page which you will also include at the end of your Topic 8 Literature Review.
Be sure to find articles which provide empirically validated insights which support competent clinical practice in a variety of settings.
At least one article should cover a review of variables related to multicultural / socioeconomic concerns.
Additionally, at least one article should explore the ethics of telehealth practice with a population related to your other sources.

Part 2: 
Topic 8: Benchmark – Literature Review
As a counselor, you will be making decisions on how to provide evidence-based interventions for your client populations. In current times, telehealth services have become a resource relied upon for many treatment-going populations. For this assignment, you will be conducting a brief literature review about the use of telehealth in counseling. You can focus on any aspect of telehealth in counseling (examples: the use of telehealth in treating depression, multicultural considerations, socioeconomic and/or technology barriers, use of telehealth with children/adults/older adults). In your literature review, you will use six different research articles on telehealth. You must use both qualitative and quantitative research articles beyond the textbook and required resources provided in class.
Write a literature review that discusses your chosen healthcare topic. Your literature review will explain how research insights help to inform professional counseling practice for telehealth situations.
Include the following in your literature review:
A review of the major qualitative and quantitative findings across current literature in the field of counseling will be the basis of this literature review.

Next, include an explanation of the methods used to collect and analyze the reported findings in the studies you are reviewing. This must involve a discussion of the strengths and limitations in the published studies.
The final section will involve your objective analysis for the strength of the reviewed literature. The analysis should explain how these findings help to inform the ongoing development of the counseling profession.
Include a minimum of six peer-reviewed resources in addition to the course textbook and other materials already included as required reading for the course.
