Because this essay has to relate with my own work experience and I will tell you some main point for my background.

1: Basic background: I’m work at CBGC (Coventry Boys and Girls Club) as a youth worker assistant. This is a charity organization for child and youth people. In this essay, you need critical analysis at least 3 changes about this organization. In multiple perspective ways to evaluate it. For example, in culture area (what kind culture exist and type of culture relate to organization), or policy changes (at this part, use PEST model to analysis). Unpacking issues and point, extend every idea and use literature to support it. Every changes are multifaceted, both of positive and negative. Based on this, use literature to talk about in critical way and detailed every point. More specific when you analysis it.

2: Meanwhile, think about what implication on that change? How it effects child and youth people? How organization measure that changes? How they feeling about it? Any record data about it?
