3 Every researcher tends to do research in mainly one paradigm. Similarly, you, as a manager, will also tend to spontaneously do one type of analysis of the situations you will encounter. Which one is it? The functionalist, the interpretive or the critical one? Reflect on your view and its inherent limitations. Then, discuss which will be your strategy in order to bring in your analysis of the other two views.
