This could be an observation of a situation, an issue that cropped up, a relationship or interaction, an example of a concept covered in the course… anything that strikes you as something you’d like to share, think about, and/or process further.

Reflect on the situation. Journal about your impressions, thoughts, and feelings/emotions about what you observed and experienced.

Critical Thinking and Application. Finally, in your journal, discuss how the experience you are discussing relates to concepts covered in your weekly reading. Keep in mind that your journal entries will also
provide evidence that you did the required reading, so be sure to demonstrate in your journaling that you have completed that work.
