After reading Chapters 1-3 of Conducting Online Surveys located in the Topic 5 Resources (included at bottom), go to the GCU library to find a peer-reviewed article related to the field of counseling which utilized survey methods for data collection. You will then create a 7-10-slide presentation that addresses the following:

What are the three main purposes for conducting social research? How did your selected study accomplish these purposes?
Imagine you were assigned to conduct a survey for a community mental health agency that considers some of the findings from the study you selected. (a) What preliminary research would you conduct in preparation for designing the survey? (b) Whom would you contact for information and advice on your online survey questionnaire? (c) Would you recommend an online survey for this project? Why or why not?
Write one goal and one objective for this online survey project.
Include one peer-reviewed resource beyond the textbook and required topic resources on the reference slide in your presentation.
