Proposal: Data Collection
In the Module 4 Application assignment, you will compile a draft of your evaluation proposal for a health and wellness education program you selected in Module 1 and then submit your proposal in the Module 5 discussion for small group peer review feedback. Your final, polished proposal is due in Module 5.
In this portion of the proposal, you will provide information on indicators and standards you will use to judge success, how you will analyze your evaluation findings, and how you will interpret and justify your conclusions. You will provide information on how the evaluation findings will be used and communicated and your plan for evaluating the evaluation.
